By accessing or using Purpose-Driven Events (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

2. Use of the site

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You may browse event listings, submit events, and contact us in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading event information, or to interfere with the Site’s operation.

3. Event submissions

By submitting an event, you confirm that you have the right to submit the event information, that the information is accurate, and that the event aligns with our focus areas. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication.

We maintain a blocklist of organizations known to operate low-quality or predatory conferences. Submissions from blocked organizations will be rejected.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, copy, and code are the property of Sparx Publishing Group. Event information submitted by organizers remains the organizer’s property; by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Site.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of event listings. Event details may change; always verify with the event organizer before registering or travelling.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparx Publishing Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on event listings.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
